With over 20 years in Healthcare IT, I’ve led enterprise-level projects and consulting engagements across hospital systems and clinics nationwide. As CEO and Founder of EHR Management, I’ve spent 16+ years delivering client-focused healthcare IT solutions. Now my vision is expanded with a STEM MBA/AI-empowered focus in business strategy and development.
Beyond my professional work, I've served as the Executive Director and Senior Pastor of The Call to Virtue - Discipleship & Fellowship Ministry, since 2007. My mission is to empower others through spiritual leadership, coaching, teaching, and life ceremonies—supporting growth in every area: personal, professional, and faith-based.
More About Me
For years, I lived a bi-vocational life—balancing my roles in Healthcare IT and pastoral ministry as two separate callings. It was exhausting, but I believed that was the norm for multifaceted people like me. Over time, I discovered a better path: co-vocational leadership, where professional and spiritual callings are not divided, but integrated.
Co-vocation embraces the idea that our gifts—whether in tech, teaching, or ministry—are meant to work together. It’s a holistic approach to living, serving, and sustaining both purpose and provision. That belief inspired the creation of Life Sync and Social Sync—brands designed to help multi-gifted individuals align their work and passion, and authentically represent who they are.
